Yoga Teacher Training Philosophy and Yoga Research Courses
All courses are designed for students to be able to apply ancient spiritual practices to their own lives and techniques of yoga and meditation. We will explore the direct experiences of advances meditators and historical spiritual giants such as the Buddha and Patanjali in order to create a bridge between ancient texts and practices which bring about positive psychological transformation. We will also explore how these practices bring about physical changes to the brain through the lense of neuroscience.

All courses provide students with a printout of the main texts discussed and notes from any presentations. There is an option for marked coursework with a selection of topics to choose from. The course work is used as evidence towards comprehension of historical facts and interpretation of the texts within the context of the tradition.
